Easy Chocolate Pie
(based on Peg Stringer's recipe. Love you Grandma!)
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham crackers (128g), crushed
- 2 Tablespoons Powered Sugar
- ¼ cup butter (60g)
- 10oz Chocolate*
- ½ Pint Whipping Cream
*Traditional recipe is (6)Hershey bars. Alternative
adaptation is (3)Hershey+(3)Dark Chocolate bars.
Method
- Mix first three ingredients and form a pie shell.
Refridgerate while working on step 2.
- Melt chocolate over double boiler, let cool.
- Whip cream and then fold into cooled chocolate.
- Pour cooled chocolate mixture into pie shell. Refridgerate
at least 1 hour before serving.
