Easy Chocolate Pie

(based on Peg Stringer's recipe. Love you Grandma!)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham crackers (128g), crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons Powered Sugar
  • ¼ cup butter (60g)
  • 10oz Chocolate*
  • ½ Pint Whipping Cream

*Traditional recipe is (6)Hershey bars. Alternative adaptation is (3)Hershey+(3)Dark Chocolate bars.

Method

  1. Mix first three ingredients and form a pie shell. Refridgerate while working on step 2.
  2. Melt chocolate over double boiler, let cool.
  3. Whip cream and then fold into cooled chocolate.
  4. Pour cooled chocolate mixture into pie shell. Refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving.
