              Ingredients
              
                - One person:
 
                - 4 oz. of Pasta
 
                - 1 T butter
 
                - 1 T flour
 
                - ½ cup milk
 
                - 1 oz. grated parmesan
 
                - Lots of pepper
 
                - Salt to taste
 
              
              Method
              
                - Start heating a pot of water for the pasta.
 
                - Melt butter in a sauce pan and add the flour to make a
                  rough paste.
 
                - Whisk milk into a paste.
 
                - Once the mixture is cohesive, bring to a slight bubbling
                  before you start adding the cheese a little at a time.
 
                - Add pepper and salt to taste.
 
                - End the boiling noodles a minute or two better done and
                  add them to the cheese sauce pot.
 
                - Finish the noodles over low heat in the cheese sauce until
                  al dente.
