Ingredients

  • One person:
  • 4 oz. of Pasta
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 oz. grated parmesan
  • Lots of pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Start heating a pot of water for the pasta.
  2. Melt butter in a sauce pan and add the flour to make a rough paste.
  3. Whisk milk into a paste.
  4. Once the mixture is cohesive, bring to a slight bubbling before you start adding the cheese a little at a time.
  5. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  6. End the boiling noodles a minute or two better done and add them to the cheese sauce pot.
  7. Finish the noodles over low heat in the cheese sauce until al dente.
