The Salad
The go-to, never-fails salad.

Ingredients
- Vinagrette
- 1 cup evoo
- ⅔ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, smash and mince up
- 1 dash of cayenne
- 1 heavy dash of Cholula Chipotle (or hot sauce of choice)
- 1 tsp dried mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- Salad Fixings
- 1 small red onion, slice thinly in half moons
- Mixed greens of choice
- Pistachios
- Dried cranberries
- 1 avocado, thin slices
- Small block of feta
Method
- Place mixed greens in large bowl. Mix in nuts and
berries to desired ratio.
- Add onion slices
- Toss the salad with vinaigrette, then add in avocado
and crumble feta on top.
